We are committed to provide you with the best price performance ratio in every transaction and have adjusted our prices accordingly. The prices quoted are reflecting our costs and include a modest markup. There is no cost included in these prices for installation training and technical support. These services are purchased separately.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON HARWARE. SIMCOM warrants its hardware products to be in good working order and free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from SIMCOM. Should any hardware product fail to be in good working order at any time during the one-year warranty period, SIMCOM shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective product at no additional charge. Repair parts and replacement products shall be furnished on an exchange basis and shall be either reconditioned or new. All replaced parts and products become the property of SIMCOM. This limited warranty does not include diagnosis, service to repair damage resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification. The SIMCOM warranty doesnt apply to Peripherals, Hard drives, CPUs and brand name systems like IBM and Compaq. The manufacturer Warranty covers these products.
NINETY DAY LlMITED WARRANTY ON DISKETTE MEDlA: SIMCOM warrants that software diskettes provided by SIMCOM are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If defects occur during this period, you may return the defective diskette to its source of purchase, along with proof of purchase, where it shall be replaced free of charge. Software is Licensed "as is" without warranty, except for the warranty provided by the specific vendor. SIMCOM only sells software from third parties. Unless a detailed requirement analysis is contracted SIMCOM makes no warranties that the specific software will provide any expected results or performance.
WARRANTY SERVICE: Limited Warranty service may be obtained by delivering the Product during the warranty period to its source of purchase. SIMCOM suggests that you insure the Product or else assume risk of loss or damage in transit. You must prepay shipping charges to the warranty service location; if possible, use the original shipping container or equivalent. SIMCOM makes no explicit or implied warranty of any kind for products with regard to performance, merchantability, or fitness for particular purpose. Furthermore, SIMCOM is not responsible for any defect in products, loss or inaccuracy of data of any kind, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting therefrom. Our sole remedy, except as stated below, shall be repair or replace as provided for above or at SIMCOM's option, refund of purchase price. In no event shall SIMCOM be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or incidental or consequential damages, which may arise from the use of, or inability to use, such product. Even if SIMCOM or an authorized SIMCOM reseller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Also, SIMCOM shall not be liable for any claim by any other party. Some states do not allow limitation on the length of implied warranty, or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for customer. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other r1ghts that may vary from state to state.
RETURN OF PRODUCT: SIMCOM will accept the return of a product which reached the customer in a non-working order, within 10 days of the date of the mail order shipment. The Customer must prepay the return shipping costs. Your purchase price, less a fifteen percent (20%) restocking charge and repair costs, if damaged, will he refunded to you within 15 days of product receipt by SIMCOM. There will be no refunds on software that has been opened. There will be no refunds on tuition paid for any of the training courses. There will be no Refunds on parts. There will be no refund on custom build systems and special orders. There will be 25% restocking fee for products purchased from the showroom.
ATTORNEYS FEES: The equipment in this Invoice remains the property of SIMCOM until paid in full. If controversy arises concerning payment of this invoice, whether by way of Court settlement or otherwise SIMCOM shall be entitled to recover all of it's actual attorneys fees and costs.
